For my work habit I think I deserve a G. I am always on time and in my PE strip. I try my best most of the time and despite the fact that I suck at gym, I have learned about myself physically. Like what and how much of a certain work out I can do. I have learned my limit and I do try to go over it sometimes. I know I am definitley not the most athletic person, but I do try.
As for my letter grade, I think a B would be appropriate because I do think I can do better then I do right now, later on this year. During fitness days I do my very best with certain things that I know I can do well enough. For example, 1 minute on 1 minute off things I enjoy because I know I need a break between work outs or activities. One minute on one minute off pond runs and workout are examples of things I like. Also activities with partners are nice for me because I like to work out with my friends since I know they will encourage mehhh.
